Monster Hunter Stories 2: Where to Find the Missing Children in Little Ones Lost
There are three children to find in Little Ones Lost. The first is hidden in some long grass, the second underneath a large tree, and the third by a pond. The Wendwood is a big space, however, and finding these landmarks can be tricky.
Child #1 – The Long Grass
The first child you will be tasked with finding is hiding in some long grass. That is the vaguest clue out of all three that you get, mainly because the Wendwood is a forest with plenty of long grass around. The long grass you’re looking for in this case, however, is southeast of the Catavan Stand in the Wendwood.
Make your way to the Catavan Stand and start heading southeast until you reach a cliff covered in ivy. The child is curled up in the grass at the base of the cliff.
Child #2 – The Huge Tree
The second missing child is hiding underneath a huge tree. This isn’t much to go off, but you can find the huge tree in the southwestern part of the forest at the bottom left corner of the map. To get there, fast travel back to the Catavan Stand and follow along the western edge of the forest until you reach the southernmost point.
The child will be huddled underneath the large tree at the back of the clearing. Interact with the child to tick them off your list and move on to finding the last missing kid.
Child #3 – The Pond
The last child is cowering by a pond, which is reasonably close to the tree. From the position of the second child, start heading northeast until you spot a large body of water in the forest.
The child can be found cowering by the cliffs on the left side of the pond. Interact with him to find the last child and complete the Little Ones Lost mission! After a bitter battle with an Azuros and its baby, of course. You didn’t think there wouldn’t be a monster in this quest, did you?
Azuros usually use Power attacks, so make sure you have a Speed monstie at the head of your party before interacting with the last child so you are ready to go as soon as the fight begins.
