What is an Omnia Fissure in Warframe?

Omnia Fissures are a new type of Void Fissure added with the Dante Unbound update to Warframe, and provide a new way to open your relics. These tend to be on the harder missions where enemy levels are around 60-70, but they offer the huge benefit of letting you take whatever relic type you want, instead of locking you down to a specific type of Void Relic. This means you could go into an Omnia Fissure with each player having a Lith, Meso, Neo, and Axi Void Relic without any problems arising. This makes it a great mission type for when you aren’t a big fan of the current Fissure missions for your desired Void Relic.

By default, there will always be one Omnia Fissure available for both the Standard and Steel Path modes. To access these, you must have unlocked the node currently available. You must also have completed The War Within, Angels of the Zariman, and Whispers in the Walls quests to unlock all mission nodes that Omnia Fissures can appear on. The possible nodes for Omnia Fissures are as follows:

  • Lua: Yuvarium
  • Lua: Circulus
  • Zariman: Everview Arc
  • Zariman: Tuvul Commons
  • Albrecht’s Laboratories: Cambire
  • Albrecht’s Laboratories: Persto

Should You Do Omnia Fissures Instead of Standard Fissures?

Whether you should do standard Void Fissures instead of Omnia Fissures will depend entirely on your situation. They aren’t particularly great for a certain type of Void Relic, but can be nice for random items if you don’t care about the relic you’re opening. In my case, I’ll probably run them just to see if some random Axi reward drops from a teammate since those tend to be worth the most Plat.
